Services for Adults With IDD and Geography
Does where you live matter when it comes to the use of home care services among adults with IDD? MAPS study found that adults living in group home settings were more likely than those living in the community to receive support from home health aides and homemaking services with differences more pronounced in some regions than others. The study also showed that older adults living in the community were more likely to receive meal services.
